Paypal to UnionBank Account Withdrawal Failed!

Last week, I tried to withdraw my remaining balance from Paypal account to my UnionBank of the Philippines account. I was alarmed because the withdrawal transaction was failed, not just once but twice! Imagine that!
I just wonder what happened, and Paypal sent me a notification email about the withdrawal transaction, and the reason was “Invalid Bank Account Information”. That’s a BIG ?, coz last April I was able to withdraw using the same process. And now, they have suggested to call the attention of the bank, or to contact their customer support. I tried to contact the UnionBank customer support (via hotline) but too busy, I can’t connect! And never tried to contact the Paypal help support, just got lazy!
I really needed money that time, so I withdraw my balance direct to my card (you can see two options in withdrawing your money), and after 7 days, the money was successfully transfered.
Yes, successfully transfered from my Paypal to my card (Withdraw funds to your card). Not with the Bank Account! But there’s a charge of $5.00.
And just this week, I withdraw again and to be transfered to my Bank Account, I hope this will work. Just waiting for the notification email.
I’m expecting the clearance of the withdrawal transactions by tomorrow! So, til next time…I’ll just inform you guys the result.
